The mission of the Women's Pre-Health Leadership Society (WPHLS) is to provide a forum for young women to inspire and empower one another, while addressing the current healthcare and professional issues and concerns facing all women, and promoting the next generation of female physicians and scientists.

WPHLS is the first ever honor society at Johns Hopkins University that exclusively recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young women pursuing the pre-health sciences. Our society consists of female undergraduate students who have demonstrated academic excellence, commitment to community service, and a passion for pre-health studies.
